隧道工程泥水输送系统泥泵的选型应用

摘要(Abstract):

上海大连路隧道工程越江段采用11.22的泥水平衡盾构掘进机施工,并在施工中,首次采用两台超大型盾构同时推进技术。在泥水平衡盾构中,主要分为泥水输送系统和泥水处理系统。在泥水输送系统中,如何保证送泥泵和排泥泵性能的稳定运行,特别是如何防止泥浆在排泥管路中沉降堵塞,以及随着推进距离的加长,排泥管路中各级接力泵的合理布置,是该系统连续正常工作、防止泵汽蚀振动的重要保证。现介绍泥水输送系统及其中各类泵的设计选用,包括泥泵设计参数,型号以及使用状况。
The φ 11.22 Sludge Balance Shielded Tunnel Machine was adopted for the Section of Dalian Road Tunneling Project in Shanghai;and in this application,it is the first time to use two extra-large Shielded Tunnel Machines to advance.In the Sludge Balance Shield,it is mainly divided into sludge delivery system and sludge process system.To assure the normal continuous operation of the delivery system and avoid vibration caused by the cavitation,it is very important to prevent the sludge from settling to block inside the pipeline and make the reasonable arrangement of each relay pump along with the extension of forward distance.Now I will introduce the sludge delivery system,and the design and application of various pumps,including the pump design parameter,types and service conditions.
