旋流萃取器流场及性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

液液萃取过程要求高的传质速率和高的相分离效率。由于液液两相密度差小和液体介质粘度较大,重力场下相分离效率较低,传统萃取设备往往存在夹带和液泛问题而影响萃取过程。本文设计了一种在超重力场下进行萃取的设备——旋流萃取器,其旋流场既可以强化传递过程,又可以强化相分离过程。在模拟可靠性验证的基础上,通过模拟方法探索直径为26 mm的旋流萃取器的流场、萃取效率和相分离效率。结果表明,在液液比一定的情况下,萃取效率随总处理量的增大而增大,分离效率随总处理量的增大先增大后减少,3级设备串联可达到95%的萃取效率,且设备高度不到传统设备的一半。
A high mass transfer rate and high phase separation efficiency are required in the liquid-liquid extraction process.Due to the small density difference between two liquid-liquid phases and the high viscosity of liquid medium,the phase separation efficiency in the gravity field is relatively low,for the traditional extraction equipment,there is often the problem of entrainment and flooding,which affects the extraction process.In this paper,a device which can enhance the transfer process and the phase separation process,is designed under a super-gravity field.Based on simulation reliability verification,the flow field,extraction and phase separation efficiency of the swirling extractor with a diameter of 26 mm are explored through the simulation methods.The results show that,under a certain liquid-liquid ratio,the extraction efficiency increases and the phase separation efficiency increases first and then decreases with the increase of total treatment capacity.Connection of 3 stages of swirling extraction in series can achieve 95% extraction efficiency,and the height is only half of the traditional equipment.
