摘要(Abstract):
滚动转子式压缩机是通过偏心转子的转动与滑动档板的平动,完成吸气、压缩、排气等功能。本文采用局部弹性变形与网格重组的CFD动网格技术,对制冷型滚动转子压缩机瞬时动态流场进行了数值模拟。可以计算压缩理想气体为工作介质,满足流体控制方程及气体状态方程,湍流模型采用标准k-e模型。计算得到了压缩机主要性能参数随时间变化的谐波规律、流场分布及压力分布,观测到滚动转子式压缩机内旋涡生成、运动、增大或缩小等现象。
A rotary compressor achieves its suction,compression,exhaust and other functions by rotation of the eccentric rotor and translation of the sliding flapper.In this work,a numerical simulation to the transient flow field of the refrigerating rotary compressor is performed by local deformation coupled with remeshing in CFD dynamic mesh technique.In the simulation,air is treated as a compressible ideal gas,and follows the flow governing equations as well as the equation of gas state.The standard k-e model is used for turbulent model.The time-periodic flow characteristics,flow field and pressure distribution of the rotary compressor are analyzed.The generation,motion and size change of the vortices inside the rotary compressor could be visualized from the simulation.
