管线输油用中开式多级泵的研制

摘要(Abstract):

针对小流量高扬程泵型采用一种新型结构的设计方法,利用流场及强度分析软件、三维设计软件进行优化,不但提高了设计效率,而且水力及结构设计更合理,效果更直观。通过试验分析验证,缩小实际运行工况与设计工况的偏离,从而掌握了该输油泵设计、加工流程及关键技术。
In view of the type structure of the low flow and the high head pump was designed by using a new method,using the flow field and intensity analysis software,3d design software was optimized. Not only to improve the design efficiency,but also make the more reasonable hydraulic and structure design,the more intuitive results. The related experiment shows that it is reduced the deviation of the running works and the design conditions,the model design,the machining process and the key technology problems be analyzed mainly in the pump.
