摘要(Abstract):
分析了对称布置型多级煤水泵轴向力产生的原因,给出了轴向力的计算公式,提出了平衡轴向力的措施———将首级叶轮( 如级数多,则为低压侧末级叶轮) 后盖板进行部分切削。采用上述措施后,多级离心泵的大修寿命提高5 倍,推力轴承不再损坏。
The reason that the axial force is produced in multistage slurry pump that allocation of impellers is symmetry are analyzed.It has given the formula which how to calculate the axial force and some measures which how to balance the axial force are given.
