转速对涡旋液泵空化性能的影响

摘要(Abstract):

基于空泡动力学和两相流理论,采用Schnerr-Sauer模型,运用动网格技术对涡旋式液泵不同转速下的空化特性进行了数值模拟,得到不同转角下流场内空化发生位置和强度随着转速的变化规律,以及气液相的分布情况。结果表明:涡旋液泵低转速时不易发生空化,随着转速的增加,空化加剧且多发生在啮合间隙处及吸液腔内,转角较大时在动盘外壁面处也有较为严重的空化发生;随着转速的增大,泵进口流量增大,由于空化的加剧效率降低。
Based on cavitation bubble dynamics and two-phase flow theory and using Schnerr-Sauer cavitation model,numerical simulation was carried out on the cavitation characteristics of scroll hydraulic pump at different rotational speed using the dynamic mesh technology,and the change law of position and intensity of cavitation in the flow field with rotational speed and the distribution of gas-liquid phase were obtained. The results show that cavitation is not easy to occur when the scroll hydraulic pump runs at low rotational speed,with the increase of rotational speed,the cavitation is aggravated and mainly occurs at the mesh clearance and in the suction chamber,and when the rotational angle is relatively big,relatively severe cavitation also occurs on the outside wall of the rotary scroll member;With the increase of the rotational speed,the flow rate at pump inlet increases,and the efficiency decreases due to the aggravation of cavitation.
