摘要(Abstract):
采用有限元法对干气密封端面间流场进行了分析,得到了动环旋转时的气膜、槽区以及坝区流场的压力及速度分布,对计算结果与Whipple螺旋槽窄槽理论计算进行了比较。有限元分析结果表明气膜层受螺旋槽的泵入和离心惯性力的双重作用,槽区气体沿径向存在速度梯度,从而引起能量损失,使密封端面的气膜压力下降,影响气膜刚度及密封组件的泄漏量。
Utilizing the Whipple's model and the finite element method,the pressure and velocity distribution of the gas film between the spiral groove dry gas seal faces were obtained.Finite element results shown that velocity in the radius direction can not be neglected for the rotating centrifugal force and drawing force by the spiral groove acting on the fluid.Because of the friction losses and the conversion between potential and kinetic energy,the pressure between the seal faces will be reduced.And it will effect on the axial stiffness,leakage rate.
