前缘弯掠(扭)斜流转子的设计与研究Design and Research on the Leading Edge Skewed-swept Diagonal Rotor

摘要(Abstract):
在常规斜流转子设计方法的基础上 ,应用 1/ 7湍流边界层理论和假想等价速度三角形设计了前缘弯掠 (扭 )斜流转子 ,详细讨论了前缘弯掠 (扭 )斜流转子的设计方法。试验与内流分析结果表明 ,对常规斜流转子进行前弯设计后 ,能有效改善低流量时的旋转失速状态 ,扩大了喘振裕度和工作范围 ,减弱转子下游的尾迹
The design method of the leading edge skewed swept diagonal rotor was discussed in detail. The design method was mainly based on the virtual equivalent velocity triangle diagram and the one seventh turbulent boundary layer rule. The leading edge skewed swept diagonal rotor wad designed and manufactured. Its aerodynamic characteristic and internal flow mechanism was studied by experimental research and CFD analysis. The tested results show that the skewed swept diagonal rotor diminished the stall region of the normal diagonal rotor. The newly designed rotor increased its working range. The rotor wake was weakened by the leading edge sweep. The experimental results showed that the designed method was practical and valid.
