混输泵压缩级对半螺旋形吸入室流场的影响

摘要(Abstract):

混输泵的半螺旋形吸入室在增加压缩级后,借助于CFD三维模拟分析软件——STAR-CD,对其气液两相流进行了内部流场的模拟分析。同时分别从速度、静压及气相分布三个方面与没有增加压缩级时的吸入室内部流场进行了对比,找到两者的区别,从而进一步证明了增加压缩级对改善混输泵半螺旋形吸入室内的气液两相流是有帮助的。
After adding the compression stage,in virtue of the developed CFD simulation analysis software-STAR-CD,the interior flow-field of the gas-water multiphase is simulated and analyzed.At the same time,the interior flow-field in the inhalation chamber without the compression grade is compared with the flow-field with the compression stage from the velocity and the static pressure and the gaseous phase distribution,and gets the difference between them.When adding the compress grade which can improve the gas-water multiphase flow in the semi-volute suction chamber of the multiphase pump is helpful.
