桁架过流式三偏心蝶阀的动水力矩计算与优化

摘要(Abstract):

根据已有研究所得到的动水力矩曲线,利用CFD、FLUENT等软件对桁架过流式三偏心蝶阀的动水力矩进行了模拟计算。模拟计算的分析结果表明,蝶阀在70°开度下的动水力矩达到最大值,与经验值相吻合。同时根据模拟结果,对桁架过流式蝶阀进行了结构上的优化,优化前、后的对比分析结果表明,通过优化有效地降低了动水力矩,这对减小蝶阀的操作力矩有积极作用,实现了蝶阀的节能目的。
According to the hydrodynamic moment curve obtained from the previous researches,simulation and calculation was carried out on the hydrodynamic moment of the truss over tri-eccentric butterfly valve using CFD,FLUENT and other software. The simulation results show that the hydrodynamic moment of the butterfly valve reaches the maximum value at an opening of 70 degrees,which is consistent with the empirical value. At the same time,according to the simulation results,the structural optimization of the truss over butterfly valve was carried out,and the results of comparison before and after optimization show that the hydrodynamic moment was effectively reduced,which has a positive effect on reducing the valve operating torque and thus achieves the purpose of energy conservation of butterfly valve.
