PLC在电泵快速测试系统中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

针对我国机电出口企业电泵自动化、大规模生产出厂检验的需要,运用PLC控制技术,研制一种电泵快速测试系统。系统配置各自独立的安全性能测量装置和水泵性能测量装置,同步测量,数据库共享;系统由电泵测试软件全程控制电泵试验过程,包括电泵安全性能远程快速自动测量、数据自动采集、性能判定和试验报告打印输出等;系统通过条码扫描器获取试验样机信息、启动项目测试、创建和标识数据库记录,既保证了试验数据的安全性与唯一性,又提高了测试速度;出厂检验后自动生成产品质量档案,实现产品条形码身份管理。经用户使用验证,本系统可配置在年产30万台的电泵自动生产线的末端,担负产品出厂检验任务。
In view of the need of factory examination in automatic production and mass production for electromechanical export enterprises,one kind of Electric Pumps fast test system was designed by PLC control technology.In the system,the independent safety performance measurement device and the pump performance measurement device measure synchronously and share the database.The system controls the overall testing process by testing software,including safety distance fast automatic measurement,automatic data acquisition,performance validation and test report printout,etc.It obtains prototype information through the barcode scanners,starts up the test,create and logo database records.Due to this,the system ensures the security and uniqueness of test data,and also improves the test speed.After factory examination,the product quality file is automatically produced,the product barcode identification management is realized.By the validation of users,this system can be disposed in the terminal of the automatic production line producing 300,000 electric pumps yearly,take on the duty of product factory examination.
