长短叶片离心泵的三维湍流数值模拟研究

摘要(Abstract):

采用全粘性三维湍流数学模型数值模拟长短叶片离心泵内流场,对比分析数值模拟计算和试验测得的水泵流量—扬程和流量—效率特性曲线;对小流量、设计流量和大流量3种工况下的数值模拟计算与PIV测量获得的内流场进行分析研究;给出叶轮出口相对液流角及出口相对速度沿叶轮周向的分布情况;结果表明,在相同流量下数值模拟计算的扬程要大于由实验测量获得的扬程,且随着流量的增大,两者之间的差异呈增大的趋势;在相同工况下,相对速度矢量方向以及叶槽内的流态基本吻合。
The whole three-dimensional viscous numerical simulation is applied in centrifugal pump with long and short blades for studying the internal flow field.Compare the external characteristic of calculation results with the external characteristic of the PIV experimental results.In the small flow,design flow and heavy flow of these three workers circumstances,the internal flow field data obtained from numerical simulation was compared with the internal flow field data obtained from experimental measurement.Distribution of flow angle and relative velocity along circumferential direction near the outlet of impeller is posted.The result shows that the head of numerical simulation is greater than that obtained from the experimental measurement in the same flow rate.And as flow increases,the divergence between the trend of the both methods is increasing.In the same operating conditions,the relative velocity vector direction and flow pattern in the leaf-beds are consistent.
