加氢裂化装置氢气压缩机润滑系统的改造

摘要(Abstract):

中国石油辽阳石化分公司炼油厂原加氢裂化装置氢气活塞压缩机润滑系统存在油压不稳定和润滑油泄漏等问题。对原润滑系统实施改造,取消原润滑油系统中的轴头齿轮油泵,采用互为备用的三螺杆泵,润滑系统采用旁路和主路压力调节,控制系统改造实现了润滑系统超低压、低压以及高压等相关控制,确保油站连续稳定供油。润滑系统采用整体式油站设计,方便制造和安装。
There are many problems in the old Lubrication system of C102C/D hydrogen compressor,the main equipment in hydrocracking unit of rendering plant of LYPC of Petro CHINA,such as oil pressure unsteadily and oil leak.In new Oil Lubrication system,the three screw pump are used in stand of old gear pump,and system pressure is adjusted by sideway and main line.The design of control system accomplishes the control of the lowest oil pressure,the lower oil pressure and the high oil pressure in order to provide lubrication oil constantly and steadily.Integrated design of lubrication system makes manufacturing and installation convenient for the people.
