基于双蒸发温度的户式化冷水机组运行特性试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对小型户式化建筑中湿度主动控制缺失的问题,本文提出可用于温湿度同时控制的基于双蒸发温度的新型冷水机组,提供高、低温冷冻水,以实现室内温湿度同时控制。通过试验探究了机组在改变室外温度条件下的运行情况特性,试验结果表明:夏季变工况下机组供水温度为18.8 ℃和7.8 ℃,过渡季节变工况下的供水温度为18.6 ℃和6.4 ℃,说明新型冷水机组可以稳定提供2种不同温度的冷冻水,压缩机能效比为3.1和5.1,冬季变工况下的供水温度为34.8 ℃和36.4 ℃,压缩机能效比为4.5,可以满足高低温侧板式换热器供回水温需求,运行稳定。因此,该新型双蒸发温度的冷水机组可行,并在中小型建筑的用于温湿分控系统应用中具有潜力。
Considering the lack of active humidity control in the small-to-medium scaled residential buildings,a novel chiller based on dual evaporation temperatures that can be used for simultaneous control of humidity and temperature was proposed to provide high and low temperature chilled water to achieve simultaneous control of indoor temperature and humidity.A prototype of this chiller was built and its operational characteristics were experimentally investigated under different indoor operating conditions.The experimental results show that under the varying summer operating conditions,the high and low supply water temperature were maintained around 18.8℃ and 7.8℃,respectively.In transition season,the supply water temperatures were maintained around 18.6℃ and 6.4℃,suggesting that this novel chiller could provide chilled water of two different temperatures for the application of THIC.Furthermore,the energy efficiency ratio (EER) of the compressor was 3.5 and 5.1 and in winter,the water supply temperature was 34.8℃ and 36.4℃,respectively when the chiller works as a traditional air source heat pump to provide heated water,and the energy efficiency ratio of the compressor is 4.3.It can meet the demand of supply and return water temperature of the plate heat exchanger on the high and low temperature sides with stable operation.Therefore,this novel dual evaporation temperatures based household chiller is feasible and has the potential in the application on THIC in small-to-medium scaled residential buildings.
