轴流风机叶片切割性能的计算方法
Calculation Method of Cutting Performance for Axial-flow Fan Blades

摘要(Abstract):

为了节约生产成本,利用原有的叶片模具,通过直接对原风机叶片顶部切割的方法,达到减小风量的目的。在已知原有风机的特性参数及扭曲规律的情况下,本文通过积分法推导出切割前后的风机全压间的关系式,从而可以根据所需的全压大小找到合适的切割量。本文还对三种特殊扭曲规律的叶片进行了全压分析,总结出了这些特殊情况下的全压沿叶高的变化情况。
Using blade mold of the original fan,the top of the blades was cut to reduce the cost and the flow rate of the fans.The equation for total pressure head of pre-and post cutting blades was deduced by integration method when we know the performance parameters and the twisting law of original fan.With this equation we can find the suitable cutting length according to the demand of total pressure head.The total pressure head of three kinds of special twisting law blades are analyzed in this paper,and we finally summarize the relationship of the total pressure head with the radius of the blades.
