家用废热回收式热泵热水装置的性能试验Performance Testing of Domestic Heat Pump Water Heater with Waste Heat Recovery

摘要(Abstract):
为回收家庭淋浴废水中的热量,提高能源利用率,提出了一种带废热回收的新型热泵热水循环原理。采用额定功率为1.5 kW(2HP)的压缩机搭建了实验台,研究装置的进水温度、出水量、制热量、制热COP等参数的变化规律。试验结果显示,在进水温度10~16℃时,出水温度达到36~46℃,系统制热量输出稳定;制热量可达到7 kW左右,制热COP最高可达7。
In order to recover waste heat from household shower waste water and improve energy efficiency,a new type of heat pump hot water device cycle is proposed. A test bench was established using a compressor with rated power of 2 HP to study the change rules of such parameters of the heat pump as entering water temperature,water output,heating capacity and heating COP.The test results show that when the entering water temperature was 10~16 ℃,the leaving water temperature reached 36~46 ℃,and the system had a stable heating capacity output. The heating capacity could reach about 7 kW and the max. heating COP could reach 7.
