摘要(Abstract):
结合三偏心蝶阀密封面的启闭性能角,建立等角度刨切计算模型,分析三偏心蝶阀蝶板运动干涉,以C#高级语言为工具,开发了三偏心蝶阀密封面干涉的设计软件,经过干涉分析软件的计算,得到三偏心蝶阀密封面的干涉情况,为设计人员提供准确、快捷的一种设计方法。
Unifies the openging&closing performance of triple eccentric butterfly valve packing surfaces,the isogonism was established to cuts the computation model,triple eccentric butterfly valve plate's motion interference was analyzed,taking the C# higher order language as the tool,triple eccentric butterfly valve's seal surface interference design software was developed,through the man-machine interaction contact surface,triple eccentric butterfly valve's seal surface finally the interference situation was analyzed,it provides accurately and quickly design method for the designers.
