爪式真空泵三爪转子的几何理论与工作过程模拟

摘要(Abstract):

爪式转子决定了爪式真空泵的工作性能。本文基于啮合理论,建立了直线-圆弧型三爪转子的几何模型,得到了其构建方法与型线的参数方程,并根据直线包络线的极限啮合位置分析了三爪转子的最大爪顶角。对三爪真空泵进行三维非定常数值模拟,分析了三爪真空泵的增压过程以及间隙处的泄漏情况。研究结果表明:由于内部泄漏三爪真空泵在气体等容输送过程中实现了混合增压,转子啮合间隙处的泄漏量最大。
The claw rotor determines the working performance of the claw vacuum pump. Based on the meshing theory,the geometric model of line-circular type claw rotor was established,and its construction method and parameter equations were obtained. According to the limit of the linear envelope meshing position,the max addendum angle was analyzed. The 3 D unsteady numerical simulation was carried out to analyze the compression process of the vacuum pump and the leakage in the gaps. The research results show that hybrid pressure boosting was achieved for the vacuum pump during the process of constant-volume transmission due to the internal leakage of the pump. The leakage in the intermeshing gap was severest.
