摘要(Abstract)：

对4V-9S合成气压缩机高压缸振动值瞬间升高跳车导致系统无法加负荷的故障进行了原因分析、主要因素(以下简称要因)确认及制定整改措施,并实施了具体改进措施,改进后提高了4V-9S合成气压缩机运行周期,为企业创造了巨大的效益。
4V-9S syngas compressor high-pressure cylinder vibration values transiently increased jumping cause the system can not increase the load failure,cause analysis,to confirm and to develop corrective measures for implementation to improve the 4V-9S syngascompressor run cycle to create a huge benefit for the enterprise.
