0.6m连续式风洞压缩机系统的调试研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了考核0.6m连续式风洞压缩机系统的各项性能,也为后续连续式风洞压缩机系统的调试积累经验,对AV90-3轴流压缩机系统进行了调试,包括机械运转试验、临界转速测试、气密性试验、转速控制精度测试、热力性能试验和喘振预防调试。结果表明,调试方法合理可行,机组各项参数满足设计指标要求。
In order to examine the performance of the compressor system and accumulate experience for the following compressor system's debugging in continuous wind tunnel,the debugging of the AV90-3 axial-flow compressor system were conducted in0. 6m continuous wind tunnel,including mechanical operation test,critical rotation speed test,air leakage test,rotation control precision measurement,thermal performance test,and surge preventive test. Tests results show that methods used in the debugging are logical and feasible,and the parameters of the compressor examined in the tests have all achieved the design requests.
