基于控制参数切换的磁悬浮旋转机械隔振技术研究

摘要(Abstract):

与传统机械轴承相比,磁悬浮轴承的一个重要特点是可通过调整控制参数改变其刚度和阻尼,因此本文研究了一种基于控制参数切换的磁悬浮旋转机械隔振技术。该技术通过调整磁悬浮轴承在不同转速下的控制参数,实现系统固有频率的偏移,改变频率比,从而提高磁悬浮轴承在不同转速下的隔振效率。最后,通过算例验证了该技术的隔振效果并给出了控制参数选择方法。本文的研究可为改善水泵、鼓风机等旋转机械在不同工作转速下的振动传递提供一定的理论和工程依据。
Compared with traditional mechanical bearing,one important characteristic of magnetic bearing is that its stiffness and damping can be changed by adjusting the control parameters. On this basis,an approach for improving the vibration characteristic of rotating machinery by switching the control parameters of magnetic bearing was investaged. The approach changes the stiffness and damping of the magnetic bearing,which will affect the frequency ratio of the system and improve the vibration isolation capability of magnetic bearing at the different rotor speed. Finally,a simple example was presented to verify the vibration isolation effect of this approach. The study provides theory and engineering bases for improving the vibration isolation of multi-speed rotating machinery at different speed.
