无油润滑压缩机活塞密封的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

文章叙述了为提高无油润滑压缩机可靠性对高、中、低压活塞密封所进行的试验,介绍了不同应用范围活塞密封的结构和材料。试验结果表明;小流量压缩机的高压级采用套筒密封可以达到满意的效果,特别是中低压级,采用一槽双环内衬弹力环的结构可以提高输气系数。单作用压缩机采用气缸中心线和曲轴回转中心线不共面的结构可以减少侧压力。文章还提出提高活塞密封寿命的途径,给出了整体导向环残余变形曲线及活塞与气缸之间间隙、环的安装间隙的经验值。表6,图5。
This paper describes piston seal tests of high-medium- and lowpressure compressors, which centred on increasing the reliability of non-lubricated compressor. It introduces the seructure and material of piston seal used in different application. The results show that the satisfactory effect can be obtaibed if the seal- of sleeve barrel type is adopted in high-pressure stage with small flow compressor. Especially the coefficient of-delivery can be increased if the seal structure is adopted with double rings fitted in a groove and a elastic ring lined inside in medium-and low-pressure stages with small flow compressor. For single-acting piston, the lateral pressure can be reduced by a special structure. For such structure the central line of cylinder and the central line of crank shaft rotation is non-coplanar. This paper offers the way to prolong the service life of piston seal, The curves of residual deformation of solid rides ring, the empirical values of the clearace between piston and cylinder and the clearance of ring installation.
