湿压缩对压气机瞬变特性影响的数值模拟Numerical Simulation of Effects on the Transient Characteristics of Compressor in Wet Compression

摘要(Abstract):
考虑湿压缩的影响,结合混合室、加力燃烧室、主燃烧室和外涵道的容积效应,建立了混排涡扇发动机的全状态数学模型,并以减速过程为例进行了仿真计算。结果表明:湿压缩降低了发动机进口气流温度,增加了发动机的流量,降低了发动机的压缩功,扩大了低压压气机和高压压气机的喘振裕度,因此提高了压缩系统和发动机的工作稳定性和性能。
Concerned with the effect of wet compression,and the volume effects of mixer afterburner,combustor and outlet duct,as well as the modulation of variable geometry channels,the whole state's dynamic mathematical model for turbofan is established.Simulation calculation is conducted with the example of deceleration process.The results show: wet compression has reduced the temperature of intake air flow of engine,increased the flow of engine,depress the compression work of engine,and augment the surge margin of low pressure compressor and high pressure compressor.Thus,it has improved the working stability and performance of compressor system and engine.
