压缩冷凝机组测试系统的恒温室温度控制系统设计

摘要(Abstract):

针对由于恒温室内存在被测机组冷凝器排热(2.0~65kW)的扰动,系统冷负荷变化范围大的特点,系统采用了当前比较流行的PLC控制方法,结合触摸屏、PID调节器、可控硅调功仪等控制件来实现测试试验台的自动控制。运用PLC的强大控制功能,实现系统的制冷机组的自动开启和关闭,使得系统的控制精度达到要求的同时,使初投资与运行成本大大降低,同时配合手动控制的方法可以使系统快速的稳定下来,取得了明显的节能效果。
Because of the disturbance of the heat changes(2.0~65KW) of the condenser characterized by large,PLC,touch screen,PID controller,SCR-power detector and other pieces are used in the system to achieve automatic control.With the help of the powerful PLC,it can realize the control functions of automatic refrigeration unit,achieve the control system accuracy requirements.At the same time,it reduces the initial investment and operating costs.In conjunction with the manual control methods,it can soon achieve the stability and a significant energy saving effect.
