深海水力破拆工程的对策

摘要(Abstract):

深海沉船(装载油料和危险化学品液体)的应急处置方法首先是排出船载液体,即创造一个打捞前的安全条件。针对这一工程,提出了第一步采用水切割成套装备在水下船体外层切割一个1~2 m2的矩形或圆形大孔,继而在内层舱壁面上安装机械打孔、封堵、抽液专用装备。对于6 000 m深海进行水力破拆工程,提出了将全套装备沉入海底、由深海ROV提供动力及协同工作的作业方式,剖析了深海水力破拆成套装备的整体构想和作业目标,研究了前混合磨料水切割型式与工况参数,归纳了海底泵、混沙容器与切割头关键技术,设计了系列试验及其关键点。以上对策是研制深海切割工程装备的全过程实施方案。
The emergency disposal method for deep sea shipwreck which contains fuel and liquid hazardous chemicals is firstly to discharge the loaded liquid. This aim is to create a safe condition before salvage. For this engineering,this paper introduced the first step technical method for shipwreck salvage engineering,that is,using water cutting equipment to cut a 1~2 m2 rectangular or circular hole on the underwater ship outer hull, and then installing special equipment for drilling,plugging and liquid pumping on the inner ship hull. For 6 000 m deep sea shipwreck water cutting engineering,this paper proposed the operation method of sinking the whole set of cutting equipment and collaborating with ROV robot,analyzed the overall conception and working aim of deep sea shipwreck water cutting equipment,studied types and parameters of pre-mixed abrasive water cutting,summarized the key technology of submarine pump,sand mixing container and water cutting head and designed series of tests and the key nodes. The above technical countermeasures are the whole process implementation plan for this set of deep-sea shipwreck water cutting equipment.
