摘要(Abstract):

通过频谱分析 ,找出了D2 5 0 14压缩机振动超标的原因 ,并对转子进行改造 ,增大了转子临界转速与工作转速的隔离裕度 ,解决了振动问题
By analyzing its frequency spectrum, the reason was found why the vibration values exceeded the acceptable vibration levels for centrifugal compressor Model D250 14. After the rotor was revamped, the isolative interval between its critical and reated speed has been increased and the vibration problems solved.
