IHV变截面涡旋型线等效齿厚计算模型与几何性能分析

摘要(Abstract):

针对等截面涡旋型线压缩比小和效率低的问题,提出一种由基圆渐开线-高次曲线-变径基圆渐开线(IHV)组合成的变截面涡旋型线,以发挥各类曲线的优点。依据法向等距线法建立了涡旋数学模型,综合考虑基圆半径、变径基圆变径系数以及型线连接点渐开角等几何参数提出IHV型线涡旋齿等效齿厚计算模型,得到齿厚随渐开角变化规律并定量分析了各参数对型线齿厚的影响。建立IHV型线行程容积、压缩比和泄漏线长度等性能指标计算模型并对其性能进行评估。研究结果表明:变径系数时,与圆渐开线构成的等截面型线相比,IHV涡旋型线行程容积增大5.82%,压缩比增加6.95%,径向泄漏线长度缩短26.80%;与常见的IHI变截面型线相比,行程容积和压缩比分别提高6.57%,7.85%。
In view of the problems of low compression ratio and low efficiency of constant-section scroll profile,a kind of variable cross-section scroll profile composed of base circle involute-higher order curve-variable radius-base circle involute(IHV)was presented using the theory of differential geometry to make full use of the advantages of various scroll curves.A mathematical model of the scroll profile was established based on the normal-equidistant-curve method.Considering such geometric parameters of the scroll profile as base circle radius,coefficient of variable radii involute and involute angle of the scroll profile connection point,a calculation model of the equivalent tooth thickness of the IHV scroll profile was proposed.The change rule of tooth thickness with involute angle was obtained and the influence of various parameters on the tooth thickness was quantitatively analyzed. The calculation models of performance indicators,such as displacement volume,compression ratio and length of the leakage line of IHV profile were established and the geometric performance of IHV profile was evaluated.The research results indicate that for coefficient of variable radii involute,the displacement volume and compression ratio are increased by 5.82% and 6.95%,respectively,and the length of the radial leakage line is shortened by 26.80% compared with the constant cross-section profile composed of circle involute.Compared with the common IHI variable cross-section profile,the displacement volume and compression ratio are increased by 6.57% and 7.85%,respectively.
