柴油机C-EGR系统新型冷却器数值分析Numerical Analysis of New Cooler in Diesel Engine C-EGR System

摘要(Abstract):
废气再循环(EGR)系统冷却器的换热效率对减少汽车NOx排放至关重要。立足一种新型板管式冷却器,计算冷却器各传热参数,分析各参数对冷却器性能的影响。研究了稳态和某种非稳态工况下管程废气的冷却效果。利用fluent软件新型冷却器内部废气流动状态进行了三维数值模拟,得到温度场和速度场。对比传统管壳式冷却器,冷却效率有明显提高。
Heat transmission effectiveness of Cooler in diesel engine C-EGR system has great influence on reducing NOx emission.A new board tube type cooler was introduced.It Calculate Cooler each heat transfer parameters and analyze parameters on the influence on the performance of the cooler.A 3D inner flow of the waste gas system cooler was simulated numerically by fluent software to get the temperature and velocity field.Comparing with traditional tubular cooler,the calculated cooling efficiency improved significantly.
