锥形孔板在气液两相流量测量中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

通过对利用差压脉动特性,来测量汽液两相流量的2种测量方法分析后,发现尽管两种测量模型不同,但其测量机理相似。于是借鉴2种测量模型各自的优点,选定了测量方法。在完成对标准孔板改进后,结合此测量方法,实现运用单一节流件,完成了汽液两相流量的双参数测量。试验结果表明,干度的测量误差≤±4.9%,质量流量测量误差≤±9.7,而且在试验范围内B和x基本呈现单值函数关系。
Through the analysis of two measurement methods that use pressure fluctuation characteristics to measure gas-liquid two-phase flow,finds that despite two measurement models is different,but the mechanism of measurement is similar.So,it can get a measurement method by absorbing two measurement models of their respective advantages.Using this method combines with Tapered orifice which is improved from standard orifice can realize double parameters measurement of gas-liquid two-phase flow.Experimental results show that the dryness of the measurement error≤±4.9% and mass flow measurement error≤±9.7.What's more,B and x is basic a single value function relation within the experimental range.
