具除湿功能的空气源热泵热水器动态性能试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了设计的具有除湿功能的热泵热水器,通过焓差试验室对该系统的多种运行模式进行了试验研究。试验研究的结果表明:该系统在运行独立除湿模式时,其除湿性能可达到国家标准要求的性能指标(1.60kg/h.kW)。在两种测试工况下(工况1:室外环境干球温度为20℃、湿球温度为15℃;工况2:室外环境干球温度为25℃、湿球温度为20℃)运行独立供热模式,其系统COP分别可达到3.33、3.60。该装置相较于传统电热水器,在节能与功能方面均具有独特的优势。
A new type Heat Pump Water Heater with dehumidify function built by us were introduced.Many experiments under different application models were carried out.The experimental results indicated that the system could be established to satisfy with not only hot water supply but also dehumidification requirements simultaneously under the related national standards.When it was operated as a dehumidifier,its dehumidification capacity could achieve 1.2kg/h,which was the limit of nation standard GB/T 19411-2003.Moreover,the system operated as heat water heater was tested under two surrounding conditions,one was dry bulb temperature 20℃/ wet bulb was 15℃,and another is dry bulb temperature 25℃/ wet bulb 20℃.The results showed its coefficient of performance(COP) was 3.33 and 3.60 respectively.The device was estimated to cost just 26% of electric heater when they supply the same thermal energy,so it has the unique superiority in the energy conservation and function
