9-19离心风机“在役再制造”的CFD数值计算和试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

在保证机壳和进出口连接尺寸不变前提下,对9-19系列No.5.6离心风机叶轮进行改型,使用CFD数值计算软件Fluent分别对原模型和改型后模型进行整机全流场三维数值模拟,通过"模拟-改进-模拟"的过程,得到最优模型,使整机在设计工况点性能不变的前提下,内效率提高5%。对原型和优化叶轮制造样机,进行对比试验,验证数值计算的正确性。最终完成9-19系列风机"在役再制造"的优化改型。
Keeping the fixing part of the fan,changing the blade of 9- 19 series centrifugal fan( No. 5. 6). Using CFD numerical software Fluent to simulate the original one and optimized one by Three-dimensional CFD numerical computational method.Then,designing the experiment by making former and optimized model,comparing the numerical outcome with the experimental date,validating the exactness of the numerical computation of the fan. By optimizing the blade of the fan,the efficiency of fan was improved 5% comparing with the original one in the designing point. Finally,achieving the"REIS"of the 9- 19 series centrifugal fan with optimized model.
