基于Matlab与Solidworks方法的风力机叶片优化设计

摘要(Abstract):

为了提高风力机把风能转化为机械能的效率,本文依照Wilson优化设计方法得出风力机叶片优化设计的数学模型,并以Matlab软件为工具编写出叶片设计的计算程序。基于点的坐标的几何变换理论,对翼型坐标数据进行三维坐标变换,计算出叶片各点的三维坐标。用三维建模软件Solidworks进行精确的三维建模。该方法为风力机叶片和其它相似复杂形体的三维建模提供了依据,为叶片进一步分析奠定了基础。
To improve the conversion efficiency from wind energy tomechanical energy for wind energy conversion system,the mathematical model of a rotor blade has been worked out according to Wilson method in this subject,this subject has adopted Matlab as tools to write for the blade design calculation program.Based on the point of the geometry of the coordinate transformation theory,the data of the aerofoil of blades were revolved and converted to the data of the 3D-block body of blades.The 3D model was drawn with Solidworks based on the 3D theory.On one hand,the method provides a reference in the 3D modeling for the design of turbine blades and other analog complicated structures;on the other hand,the model is convenient for its analysis.
