基于EN14825标准规定下的房间空调器季节能效计算方法解析及变频空调器性能设计方法探讨

摘要(Abstract):

对EN14825-2016房间空调器关于SEER/SCOP的计算方法进行了解析;对家用房间空调器在欧盟能效标准约束条件下的性能设计方法进行了探讨。欧盟房间空调器的制冷SEER与制热SCOP测试时,重点关注测试B点工况的能力能效。在测试制冷模式与制热模式下的B、C、D各工况点时,要根据变频空调功率分布特征,调整风机转速,制冷系统的节流机构参数,使能力能效达到最优。在进行D点工况测试时,应适当调高压缩机的回转速度,避免压缩机在低频运行区段造成的高功耗,从而影响SEER与SCOP。
In this paper,the calculation method of SEER/SCOP in EN14825-2016 room air conditioner is analyzed.The performance design method of home room air conditioner under the restriction of energy efficiency standard in European Union is discussed. The Erp air conditioner cooling SEER and heating SCOP test,focusing on the ability to test B point conditions, energy efficiency. When testing the working conditions of B,C,D, the fan speed and the throttling mechanism parameters of the refrigeration system should be adjusted according to the power distribution characteristics of the inverter air conditioner,so that the capacity and energy efficiency can be optimized. the test of D point work condition,the rotation speed of compressor should be adjusted properly so as to avoid the high power consumption caused by compressor in low frequency operation section,thus affecting SEER and SCOP.
