摘要(Abstract):

概述了微型泵的研究背景、应用领域以及国内外的研究现状。详细介绍了几种比较典型的有阀泵和无阀泵的结构特点并对其工作原理和优缺点进行分析。最后,还阐述了微型泵的发展及应用前景。
The background,application fields and research status at home and abroad of the micropump were described.The structure characteristics of a variety of typical micropump with valve and valveless were introduced in detail.Their operating principles and merits and drawbacks were analyzed.The development trend and prospect of micropump were presented.
