摘要(Abstract):

对大型鼓风机升级改造的技术难点进行了系统分析,重新设计了新型动、静叶片,优化了级数以及级间的关联影响,保证了合理的叶尖马赫数和叶片规格,最大化地利用了原有设备。采用人工神经网络与数值优化算法相结合的理论进行流场优化,解决了关键难点问题,确保改造后的风机满足高炉大风量、高压力的送风要求,节约了购置新机的大量资金投入。
The technical difficulties in the upgrading and reconstruction of large blower was analyzed. Redesigned model,static blades,optimize the relationship between series and,to ensure the reasonable tip Mach number and leaf size,to maximize the benefit of old original equipment. Using artificial neural network and numerical optimization algorithm combining the theory of flow field optimization,solving the key and difficult problems,ensure that after the transformation of the fan meet blast furnace,big volume,high pressure air supply demand,saving to purchase a new machine,a lot of money.
