煤矿主排水泵站系统节能的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

煤矿主排水泵站为标准设计配置,即多台套大型多级离心泵机组与之相适应的管系、电器装置等。这种"标配"是矿山耗能大户,占总耗能约40%左右,系统节能势在必行。然而,"系统"是"标配"的,无法改变,笔者在与研发高效泵机组同步,对"系统"附加动态能效监测和节能调控装置,经安徽省质监局的现场检测表明,单泵机组系统节能提高15%,吨水百米电耗下降至0.39k W·h。试验结果表明:高效泵机组增效空间有限,但将其用于现有系统,并对其实现动态能效监测和流量调控,就能得到大幅度的节能效果。在此基础上对系统实现对比和优化运行(即考虑多泵运行、多工况运行等)软件模拟运行预测,指导泵站运行,泵站系统节能就有更大空间。
Drainage pumping station is standard design for the coal-master,as more large multiple-stage centrifugal pumps and electric machines,and go with the piping system.These pumping stations are the energy-consuming equipments,account for 40%of all energy.So,the systemic energy conservation is imperative.In order to make sure the system is energy-saving,we developed the high efficient pump unit,at the same time,increase dynamic monitoring of energy consumption and the energy saving control device to the system.The test results explain:high efficient pump unit for the energy-saving is limited,single pump unit system energy saving increase 15%.So,for more pumping units,the electricity consumption per ton water & 100 meters reaches 0.39 k Wh.
