抽油泵泵筒与柱塞摩擦副材料选配的试验研究Experiment Study in Screening and Matching of Barrel-plunger Friction PairMaterials of Extractive Pump

摘要(Abstract):
为合理选择抽油泵泵筒和柱塞摩擦副的材料及表面处理工艺 ,提高抽油泵的使用寿命 ,对碳钢、4 %~ 6 %铬钢、不锈钢、合金钢、蒙乃尔合金等 5种材料作相应的表面处理工艺 ,共配对组成 2 3对摩擦副在同等条件下进行了耐磨性试验。通过综合分析试验结果。推荐了按等寿命、泵筒先失效、柱塞先失效三种原则下可供选用的材料及表面处理工艺 ,结合摩擦副磨损后表面的电镜观察分析 ,认为碳钢镍磷镀作泵筒与碳钢镀铬或碳钢喷焊作柱塞组成的摩擦副是较理想的配磨组合。
To improve working life of extractive pump,5 kinds of materials which include carbon steel,4%~6%chrome steel,stainless steel,alloy steel and monel metal and corresponding heat treatment process used for them are chosen, and 23 fricative pairs are matched to be tested under the same working condition Based on the contrast analysis,friction pair materials and surface treatment were obtained under three principle:same life,barrel fail first and plunger fail first,and surface analysis was finished by electron microscope It is obtained by cost and anti abrasion that the perfect friction pair are carbon steel nickel phosphor plating for barrel and carbon steel chrome plating or carbon steel jet welding for plunger
