二元单叶片泵叶轮水力径向力的计算方法
Method of Calculation of the Waterpower Radial Force of Impellerin Two-dimensional Single Vane Pump

摘要(Abstract):

对单流道泵的物理模型进行了简化 ,建立了二元单叶片泵内部流动计算的数学模型 ,采用势流边界元解法 ,数值模拟了泵内流动 ,进一步计算了叶片表面压力 ,从而求解出叶轮上所受的水力径向力 ,对克服泵的动不平衡具有指导意义。
The physical model of single channel pump was simplified,and the calculational mathematics model of internal flow in two dimensional single vane pump was set up. The boundary element method (BEM) of potential flow was adopted to simulate numerically the internal flow in pump. Based on this, the waterpower radial force of impeller was solved finally after the superficial pressure of vane was calculated. It's very significant for overcoming the pump unbalancedness during the running.
