摘要(Abstract):
提出一种新型天然混合工质,R1270/DME/R245fa,(10%/80%/10%,质量),作为汽车空调R134a替代制冷剂。其中质量比10%的R245fa作为阻燃剂,使制冷剂安全性能满足指标。在理论上计算了新工质的热力学性质,并在与被替代工质进行对比分析的基础上,依据《汽车用空调器》国标给定的各试验工况将该工质及R134a进行对比试验。结果表明,在对原机组不做任何改动的情况下,相同运行条件,采用新工质系统与原R134a系统相比性能参数相近,制冷量增大,COP值有较大幅度提升。新工质可作为R134a在汽车空调系统中直接"灌注式"替代物。
A new type of natural mixed refrigerant was introduced,R1270/DME/R245fa,(10%/80%/10%,mass) as an alternative for R134a in automotive air condition.we used mass ratio of 10% of the R245fa as a flame retardant to meet the safety requirement and calculated the thermodynamic properties of the new refrigerant in theory.on the base of the comparison between the two types of refrigerant,the experiment of the new refrigerant compared with R134a in the unit was carried out in the given experimental conditions based on the national standard of vehicle air conditioner.The result showed that in the situation of none changes in the unit and the same operating conditions,the system filled with the new refrigerant compared with that filled with R134a,had the closed operating parameters and improved refrigeration capacity.The COP was increased sharply as well.The new refrigerant can be used as the "drop in" alternative refrigerant for R134a in automotive air condition.
