燃料电池车用双驱动无油螺杆压缩机设计与试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

作为燃料电池汽车系统重要设备之一,空气压缩机必须具备压缩空气完全无油的条件。为此,本文提出了一种采用同步控制实现双电机驱动的无油螺杆压缩机,并对其展开了试验研究。结果表明:双驱动无油螺杆压缩机的伺服控制系统实现了主从电机较为理想的跟随误差,主电机的稳态误差为0.011°,从电机的稳态误差为0.013°,在压缩机负载不超过电机额定功率下,压缩机阴阳转子啮合误差不超过67.19 μm,转速和排气背压对双驱动压缩机同步性能有着显著影响。因此,采用双驱动控制的无油螺杆压缩机设计方案切实可行,但在设计中应重点考虑排气背压和转子啮合间隙的设计,特别是转子间隙应从同步控制精度和压缩机性能2个角度进行综合考虑。
As one of the important equipment of fuel cell vehicle system,air compressor must have the condition that compressed air is completely oil-free.Therefore,an oil-free screw compressor which realizes two-motor drive through synchronous control is proposed in this paper,and experimental research is conducted on it.The results show that the servo control system of double-drive oil-free screw compressor realizes the ideal following error of master-slave motor.The steady-state error of main motor is 0.011°and that of slave motor is 0.013°.Under the condition that the compressor load does not exceed the rated power of motor,the meshing error of the male and female rotors of the compressor does not exceed 67.19 μm,hence,the rotating speed and exhaust backpressure have significant influence on the synchronous performance of the double-drive compressor.Therefore,the design scheme of oil-free screw compressor with double-drive control is feasible,but the design of exhaust backpressure and rotor meshing clearance should be considered in the design,especially a comprehensive consideration should be given to the rotor clearance from the aspects of synchronous control accuracy and compressor performance.
