冷水机组冷凝器水侧污垢热阻试验研究Experimental Study on Fouling Resistances of Cooling Water in Condenser of Chiller

摘要(Abstract):
针对不同规范给出的污垢热阻值相差较大的问题 ,对冷水机组冷凝器水侧含有微生物的河水和含有细小泥沙的冷却水两类污垢热阻进行了试验研究。试验结果表明 :含有微生物的冷却水产生的污垢热阻较大 ,约为 1× 10 -4~ 2×10 -4m2 ·℃ /W。当冷却水中含有细小泥沙时不但没有使传热恶化 ,反而有一定的强化传热效果。因此 ,冷水机组冷凝器水侧污垢热阻的研究、检测和控制的重点应针对含有微生物的冷却水进行
There are evident differences in values of fouling resistances of cooling water given by different references. The fouling resistances of cooling water in condenser of chiller were examined, which include two types of experimental conditions, in one condition there is microorganism in cooling water and fine silt in cooling water in another condition. The experimental results showed that the fouling resistance of cooling water which contained microorganism are about 1×10 -4~2×10 -4m 2·℃/W. However, the convective heat transfer was enhanced if there is fine silt in water.So studying, inspecting and controlling of fouling resistances of cooling water should focus on the cooling water containing microorganism.
