模糊PID自适应控制在微型齿轮泵恒流控制系统中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

用微型齿轮泵来实现液体小流量精确控制在工业领域应用较多,这类流量控制场合通常需要超调小、快速稳定、稳态精度高,为得到这些较理想的动态及稳态性能,本文提出了采用模糊PID自适应控制算法来弥补传统PID控制参数整定的不足,通过实例建模、算法设计、仿真试验、实物试验,结果表明,模糊PID自适应控制能减小超调、快速稳定,并且稳态精度高,该方法在性能上要优于传统PID控制,在流量定量控制场合有一定应用价值。
Miniature gear pump has more applications in the industrial field for accurate control of liquid small flow. Such flow control applications often require small overshoot,fast stability and high steady-state precision. In order to obtain the ideal dynamic and steady-state performance,this paper proposed the fuzzy PID adaptive control algorithm to make up for the shortcomings of conventional PID control parameter setting. through the example modeling,algorithm design,simulation test and physical test,the results show that the fuzzy PID adaptive control can reduce overshoot and have the faster stability and higher steady-state precision. This method is better than the conventional PID control in performance,and has a certain application value in the flow control applications.
