基于纤维空气分布系统的置换通风的热舒适性研究

摘要(Abstract):

以常州大学人工环境室为载体,建立了基于纤维空气分布系统的置换通风气流流动换热数学模型,利用FLUENT软件对人工环境室内气流速度场、温度场和热舒适性进行了仿真研究。结果表明:基于纤维空气分布系统的置换通风策略能创造出传统置换通风的效果,室内空气温度分层现象明显;工作区内垂直温度梯度小于ISO7730限值,人体无明显吹风感,热舒适性较好。研究还发现,房间底部存在部分区域气流速度过高,可能造成吹风威胁,有必要对纤维空气分布系统孔口设计进一步优化。
With the artificial environment room at Changzhou University as the carrier,the mathematical model for heat transfer of displacement ventilation airflow induced by a fabric air dispersion system was established,and the FLUENT software was used to simulate and research the indoor air velocity field,emperature field and thermal comfort of the artificial environment room. The simulation results show that the strategy of displacement ventilation induced by the fabric air dispersion system can create the same effect of air flow with the traditional displacement ventilation,the indoor air temperature stratification is obvious,the vertical temperature gradient in the working area is less than the limits in ISO 7730 and the occupant has no obvious perception of draught with better thermal comfort. In the research,it was also found there was potential draught threat at local areas due to the high air velocity at bottom of the room,making it necessary to further optimize the opening design of the fabric air dispersion system.
