煤炭颗粒对半开式离心泵磨损的数值研究

摘要(Abstract):

煤矿实际生产过程中的煤炭颗粒会对离心泵的叶片造成磨损,并会对离心泵的运行产生较大影响。基于ANSYS CFX软件,结合Euler-Lagrange方法探究额定工况下离心泵内部磨损情况。结果表明:固相的加入,会降低离心泵出口的压力;煤炭颗粒的分布在流道中的分布有一定规律,叶轮进口处压力面和吸力面均有较多颗粒分布;导叶压力面的固相分布明显高于吸力面的固相分布;叶轮压力面根部和导叶的压力面局部磨损较严重。
In the actual production process of coal mine,coal particles will wear the blades of centrifugal pump,which will have a greater impact on the operation of centrifugal pump.Based on the ANSYS CFX software and in combination with the Euler-Lagrange method,the internal wear of the centrifugal pump under rated operating conditions was investigated.The results showed that:addition of solid phase will reduce the pressure in the centrifugal pump outlet;The distribution of coal particles in the flow channel has certain rules.The pressure surface and the suction surface at the impeller inlet have more particle distribution;the solid phase distribution on the pressure surface of the guide vane is significantly higher than the solid phase distribution on the suction surface.The local wear on the root of the impeller pressure surface and pressure surface of the guide vane were serious.
