粘胶纤维厂制冷系统最优设计Optimum Design Refrigeration System for Mucilage Glue Fiber Factory

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了粘胶纤维厂以生产中需要加热的软水为制冷系统的部分冷却水达到部分利用制冷系统的压缩热的设计方案。设计中采用软水作部分冷却水后,冷却系统发生了变化,根据冷凝器不同的安装方式计算出了不同的冷凝器台数;并以制冷车间和软水车间为中心进行生产车间的合理布置,取得了最佳的工艺流程,缩短工艺管线。最优设计方法设计的制冷系统,节约投资15%~20%左右,制冷压缩热有效利用率达40%以上。节电12.5%以上,节约投资15%~20%左右。
The refrigeration system design method that fully uses the refrigeration compressor heat to economize energy and to reduce the production cost is introduced.According to the characteristic of mucilage glue fiber production.The soft water,as part of cooling water,using partly the refrigeration compressor heat,is used in this design method.The number of condenser is calculated with the change that refrigeration system occurs after using the soft water as a part of cooling water.To economize investment,the refrigeration workshop and the soft water workshop as a center for arranging reasonably are designed to get the optimum processing and shorten duct.Through economizing energy analysis,it is proved that the refrigeration system optimum design for mucilage glue factory has a significant energy saving significant,and the use ratio of refrigeration compressor heat is over 40%,electricity-economizing more than 12.5 %,and investment less 15~20%.
