基于Fluent的内啮合齿轮泵分离式月牙板受力分析Fluent-based Force Analysis for Separate Crescent in a Internal Gear Pump

摘要(Abstract):
利用Fluent软件及动网格技术分析了内啮合齿轮泵分离式月牙板在工作中的受力情况,得到了内部弹簧片弹力取值范围,研究结果可为分离式月牙板结构设计提供理论依据。
Dynamic mesh of Fluent is used to analyze the forces on separate crescent of internal gear pump.Then the appropriate range of value for the internal spring is found. The calculation results provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of separate crescent.
