摘要(Abstract):

本文针对三缸单作用式往复除灰泵曲轴断裂的问题,通过建立目标函数σ_i=f(x,θ)和σ_a=F(x,θ_(max),θ_(min)),优化确定了三曲拐二支点曲轴静强度和疲劳强度的最危险工况,给出了曲轴的受力特性曲线。利用三维有限元法,对所研究曲轴的静强度和刚度以及疲劳强度进行了计算。分析指出了解决曲轴断裂问题的措施。
On the problem of giant flushing plunger pump crankshaft breaking, by setting up the objective function σ_i=f(x, θ) and σ_a= F(x, θ_(max(?)) θ_(min)), the dangerous condition of three crank two bearing crankshaft is optimized and it's load characteristic is given in this paper. By three dimentional element method, a static and fatigure strength and rigidity computation of studied crankshaft is made. Measures solving the problem of crankshaft breaking have been put out by analysis.
