蜗壳与叶轮相对位置对多翼离心风机性能的影响
Effect of Relative Position of Impeller to Volute on the Performance of a Multi-blade Centrifugal Fan

摘要(Abstract):

为探索蜗壳与叶轮轴向相对位置对多翼离心风机气动性能的影响,在保持其它参数不变的情况下,分别对仅改变蜗壳前端面与叶轮前盘间距、仅改变蜗壳后端面与叶轮后盘间距的改造风机进行数值计算,然后选取2个阶段中性能较好的方案进行组合从而确定最佳的蜗壳与叶轮轴向相对位置。研究结果表明:当叶轮出口宽度和蜗壳总宽度的相对值为0.81时其气动性能最佳,与原风机相比,效率提高了2.34%,静压提高了3.61%,噪声下降0.75 dB。
In order to explore the influence of the axial relative position of impeller to volute on the aerodynamic performance of the multiblade centrifugal fan,while maintaining other parameters unchanged,numerical calculation was carried out for the modified fan where only the distance between the front end face of the volute and front disc of the impeller was changed and only the distance between the rear end face of the volute and the rear disc of the impeller was changed. Next,the schemes with better performance of the two stages were selected to form a combination so as to determine the best axial relative position between the volute and the impeller. The research results show that when the relative value between the width of impeller outlet and total width of the volute was 0.81,the aerodynamic performance of the impeller was the best. Compared with the original fan,its efficiency was increased by 2.34%,the static pressure was improved by 3.61% and the noise was reduced by 0.75 dB.
