蒸发器入口结构流量分配特性及优化研究

摘要(Abstract):

制冷剂流量分配不均是影响蒸发器换热性能的重要因素,为了降低干式管壳式蒸发器中制冷剂流量分配不均匀性,建立了一种干式管壳式蒸发器入口段模型,利用数值模拟的方法对无分流板、等圆开孔分流板、优化开孔分流板三种结构下管程单相制冷剂流量分配均匀性进行分析。结果表明:与无分流板结构相比,等圆开孔分流板结构下制冷剂流量整体分配均匀性提高75.1%~79.8%,优化开孔结构下制冷剂流量整体分配均匀性提高93.5%~94.2%,其中管箱和换热管中的涡流是导致流量分配不均的重要原因。
The uneven refrigerant flow distribution is an important factor affecting the heat transfer performance of the evaporator.In order to reduce the uneven refrigerant flow distribution in the dry shell and tube evaporator,a model of the inlet section of the dry shell and tube evaporator was established.The flow distribution uniformity in the tube was analyzed by means of numerical simulation under the three structures,i.e.,the non-shunt plate,the equal-circle open-hole plate and the optimized open-hole plate.The results show that the uniformity of refrigerant flow distribution was increased by 75.1%~79.8% and 93.5%~94.2% respectively under the structure of equal-circle open-hole and optimized open-hole compared to the non-shunt plate.And the eddy current in the channel box and heat exchange tube was the important cause for the uneven flow distribution.
