管带式冷凝器空气侧性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

管带式五孔口琴管是用于汽车空调上的一种新型冷凝器。本文研究了其空气侧性能 ,并通过模拟计算对波纹百叶翅片提出了Colburnj因子和摩擦系数f因子的计算关联式。实验数据与计算结果的比较表明 ,当迎面风速在 3.0~5 .5m/s时 ,j因子和f因子的计算误差分别在 1%和 10 %以内
The five-channel serpentine condenser is a new pattern of heat exchanger applied to an automobile air-conditioner. The air-side thermal performance is researched and the Colburn factor j and friction factor f correlations for louver fins are developed by simulation calculation. The compare of experimental data with calculation result has shown that the errors of the correlation for j factor and f factor are within 1% and 10% respectively with the face velocity of air at the range from 3.0 m/s to 5.5 m/s.
